User Content refers to any text visuals, images, audios or visuals which a user may post on the company website

Third-Party Content is any text, images, visuals, videos, audios that a third-party company or site may publish or post on the Company website.

Amendments to This Document

The company has the right to modify or make changes to this Terms and conditions agreement at any time. The company will notify users and visitors of such changes by posting them on the company website. Any amendment becomes effective as soon as it is posted on the company website.

Responsibilities of Users of the Company Website

  1. Users must be over the age of 13 to use the company website. Those minors between the ages of 13 and 18are urged to secure parental permission before registering as users of the company site. If we discover that any user is under the age of 13, we will terminate that user’s account. That account will only be reinstated is and when that child’s parents provide a notarized statement granting permission for use of the website.

  2. Assumption of Risk: Users set up accounts on the company website at their own risk. If a user should receive, post or share content that is illegal, false, or in violation of the company content restrictions, he does so at his own risk. The company will not be liable for any consequences that may occur. Further, the company may suspend or terminate any account of a user who is found to engage in any illegal activity, copyright infringement, or who posts content that is forbidden by company policy.

  3. One Account: Users may have only one account on the company website. Any violation will result in permanent termination of all accounts

  4. Personal Use: Users agree that their accounts are for personal use only and will refrain from any commercial use of their accounts.

  5. Password Protection: User accounts are password protected. Should a user share that password with anyone else, that is a violation of this policy and the company will not be responsible for any consequences.

  6. Company Notifications: When a user registers an account on the company website, he automatically agrees to receive notifications from the company.

The Responsibility of User for Any Content He Posts

Users assume responsibility for following the content guidelines of the Company and for all content he chooses to publish on the company site.

General Guidelines

Agreement in Its Entirety

This document comprises the entire agreement between users and the Company relative to the use of the PaperWritersAdvice.com website.

The Company may amend, otherwise modify and even terminate this website as it sees fit, without prior notification.

Should any part of these Terms and Conditions be judged to be illegal or unenforceable by any judicial body, all of terms of this agreement remain in force.
